As the past President of World Bank James  Wolfenson said; “ ...the proper governance of companies will become as crucial to the world economy as the proper governing of countries”. 

The prerequisite of sustainability is good governance accompanied with strategic management. The mission of CGS Center is to provide strategic advise to companies, and to cooperate with the business organizations, universities and regulatory bodies in this regard
